Shipping policy
We love our plants, pack with extreme care, and wish for you to love them for many days to come. We use USPS priority shipping (unless otherwise stated). USPS Priority usually arrives within 2-3 business days but may take up to 5 business days. It is recommended to use USPS Express shipping for any plants $150 or more. Please monitor weather conditions, in your area, especially during winter and summer seasons. When requested we can hold your order or use a heat pack safely secured in the box. We are not responsible for delayed or damaged packages from USPS. Any plant purchased during cold weather months is only guaranteed with 2 Day shipping or faster and a heat pack.
It may take 3-5 business days to process your order.
Please verify the correct shipping information at checkout. Any loss or damage due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
