Refund policy
To receive a refund or replacement, please notify us of any issues within two hours of delivery.
Full or partial refunds will only be processed if the plant is found to be significantly different than that of the plant description. Some cosmetic damage or stress is possible. That is the nature of shipping plants. We are confident that your plant is healthy and will recover from any shipping stress.
There is a 10% restocking fee for orders cancelled without cause.
